Hans Geels (born in Eindhoven in 1964) is a Dutch executive and entrepreneur. Since 2013, he has served as Managing Director of Dille & Kamille. Before joining the company, he worked in media, marketing and the non-profit sector, including roles at NCRV, WWF Netherlands and Stichting CliniClowns.

Geels began his career at NCRV and later joined WWF Netherlands, where he was involved as Head of Marketing Communications and project lead in the development of PandaDroom, the attraction at Efteling. From2000 onwards, he worked at Foundation CliniClowns. He joined the management board in 2002 and served as Managing Director from 2006 until his departure.

In addition to his executive roles, Geels has held various board and supervisory positions, including at Make-A-Wish Netherlands and World Animal Protection Netherlands.

Geels’ first business connection with Dille & Kamille dates back to 2003, when CliniClowns acquired a shareholding in the retail chain through an inheritance. This led to his temporary involvement with the company’s Dutch operations.

In 2013, Geels joined Dille & Kamille on a permanent basis as Managing Director. Under his leadership, the company modernized areas including logistics and automation, while continuing to expand its retail network in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

Within Dille & Kamille, Geels is associated with a strategic direction that brings together growth, simplicity and sustainability. As an example, the company closes both its stores and webshop on Black Friday as a statement against overconsumption.
