Oldouz Mirzaie serves as Regional Manager for H&M Central Europe, overseeing the key markets Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria, and Slovenia.
Starting as a Sales Advisor for H&M in Germany in 2002, Oldouz advanced through leadership positions across multiple markets. In the UK, she progressed to Store Manager of a global flagship store and later Area Manager, leading teams across major regions. As Sales Manager Switzerland, she guided Area and Sales Teams before taking on the role of Country Manager of South Africa and subsequently leading the South Asia & Pacific region for H&M as Regional Manager, where she was responsible for markets such as Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, The Philippines, Australia, New Zealand and India.
Notable achievements in these roles include expanding and growing H&M across the retail landscape as well as digital platforms including launching multiple marketplace collaborations, strengthening local employment initiatives, driving local relevance across the H&M commercial offer and operations, fostering community connections, and spearheading H&M’s first-ever global designer collaboration with a South African talent, which gained international acclaim.
